Another new build property with very poor drainage and a patio area just big enough to stand on transformed into an inviting area that can be used all year round.

We started by removing all existing slabs, turf and a foot deep of rocky soil in order to install the new drainage system and sufficient sub base.

We then installed 900x600mm Storm Grey porcelain paving slabs with Anthracite grout, Artificial grass, Squared off the new back fence, Timber edging all round and finished with some ice Blue chippings.

This tired and aged garden transformed into a modern and bright space inspired by several months worth of Pinterest ideas from our customers.

We started by completely removing everything and taking it back to soil.

We then installed timber sleepers around the decking & patio areas.

We created the raised beds and brought in 12 ton of screened top soil to get our levels right and give the turf the perfect base to grow.

We laid Stone Grey composite decking and Royal Oak porcelain tiles which all ties in perfectly with the treated timbers on show.

A lifeless garden transformed into an inviting space that can be enjoyed all year round.

Ivory 600 / 200mm porcelain tiles around the outside, Artificial grass in the middle area, A batten fence around the outside and a summerhouse at the bottom of the garden.

After years of growing vegetables these customers decided they wanted to enjoy the space for some well needed relaxation and we were more than happy to oblige.

We rebuild the sleeper wall and added a raised planter, Install wood grain effect composite decking and finished the project off with a (Whitestores) 2.4m x 3m galvanised pergola.

A patio area barely big enough for a table and chairs now transformed into a bigger and brighter space. With the anti slip properties in the porcelain tiles the patio can be enjoyed all year round.

We used 900x600mm Storm Grey Porcelain slabs with white grout.
